People Supply Chain is a certified IT and Non IT Staffing Company incorporated in 2012.

Our company, People Supply Chain was started in the year 2012. Our Managing Director himself is an IT Professional. He has done his BE (Computers) from VJTI in 1990 and was working in TCS for 5 years thru which he went to USA and after coming back to India he started this organization. We were earlier into US Recruitments and now focusing on India as well as International Markets. We have more than 500 IT Professionals on our payroll and Total Company’s strength is around 600.

We take everyone on our permanent payroll. You have all the facilities like PF, ESI, Insurance, etc. There is no contract but we expect our employees to work with us for a minimum of 1 year.

Yes. We have international clients and opportunities are possible.

Yes, many of our clients may absorb you on their payroll. It depends on your performance and the needs of the clients. It is not guaranteed but we have seen thousands of people getting absorbed in our company’s history.

We will be looking for some other client for you there are good chances that the client may absorb you on their payroll.

It depends totally on the current demand. If there is a position available, you could be considered by an employer immediately. If there are no positions currently available, then you have to wait for a time being, regularly keep checking out our jobs available and keeping in touch with our Recruiter.
